The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford 90 minutes from Melbourne.

Our **Hepburn Pavilion Cafe** is conveniently located within the surroundings of the bathhouse and spa to entice our guests with a delicious range of products and even more amazing coffee

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Cafe** Manager** to drive the team to achieve our sales targets. In this hands-on role, you will participate in the day to day operation of the café to achieve budgeted sales targets and KPIs.

Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of the **Cafe Manager** is to deliver first class service to our patrons ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently within Health Department Regulations. Always aligning yourself with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Ability to lead, coach and inspire a cafe team
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
- Meet the requirements of the centre’s food safety plan
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Cashier experience, taking orders, handling cash and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods

Essentials:

- Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR
- Current Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Food Handling Certificate
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
