**Company Description**
Griffith Sport is seeking suitably qualified, Casual Centre Attendants (customer service & lifeguard) to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Aquatic & Fitness Centre at Griffith University Mt Gravatt Campus.

Key responsibilities will include active lifeguard supervision of the Centre's patrons, front counter duties, delivery of first-class customer service and emergency management. This opportunity will see you work within a team focused on delivering a service that achieves the vision, mission, and goals of the organisation.

The Centre Attendant position is a casual role based at the Mt Gravatt campus. It involves early morning, evening, and weekend work.

**About you**
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, flexible and customer focused. You will display the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, and responsibility.

Salary range: Casual Health & Fitness Award rates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
**Qualifications** Essential**:

- Current Pool Lifeguard
- Current, positive Blue Card
- Point of sale experience
- Excellence in customer service, and well-developed communication skills
- Weekend Availability

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working within an Aquatic Centre or similar facility
