**Job Description**:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining high cleanliness standards and providing exceptional service to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the daily checking of rooms and designated team member areas to maintain standards
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services
- Ensure the efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation process and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills in a multicultural environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of hotel-specific cleaning procedures and safety protocol is a plus
