**Hays are seeking a Taxi Commissionaire to join a well-respected Canberra business.**

**Your new company**
A well-established and highly respected Canberra company who strive for excellence in everything they do daily.

**Your new role***
- Greet passengers as they arrive at the taxi rank and direct them to the next available rank.
- Queuing customers in a queuing area when volume of passengers exceeds taxi availability. If necessary, creating additional queuing areas when required.
- Radio Customer Service if additional taxis are required.
- Reporting any security concerns to the Customer Service Team.
- 7-day roster.
- Mon-Fri 0730 - 1130.
- Fri-Sun 1630 - 2030.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience is a similar fast-past customer service role is HIGHLY desirable. Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments while remaining resilient. You will also need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and pass a pre-employment medical check.
