Our client is seeking to engage a Taxi Commissionaire.

**Position Overview**

The Customer Service Officer - Taxi Commissionaire is to provide professional and superior customer service to the Terminal Precinct. The Customer Service Officer - Taxi Commissionaire's purpose is to use their initiative and drive to improve the interaction and customer service as they represent the business.

**Duties**:

- Greet passengers as they arrive at the rank and direct them to the next available rank.
- If volume of passengers exceeds taxi availability queue passengers in the queuing area, adding sections to the queue as required. Whenever possible passengers should not be queued into the Terminal common area.
- Radio Customer Service if additional taxis are required.
- Report any security concerns to the Customer Service Team
