**About the role**
As a Security Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day security function for a portfolio of electorate offices within Victoria. This includes incident response, threat and risk assessments, and attending Parliament House on a rotational basis to manage security when the Parliament sits.

Providing specialist security advice to Members of Parliament and electorate officers, developing and maintaining relationships is key to the success of this role.

**About you**
With experience in security or a security related industry, you have a working knowledge of security systems, incident management and security requirements for buildings and events.

Your communication skills and ability to manage sensitive situations in a confidential environment are vital to this role, coupled with your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively under pressure and to tight timelines.
