**You will be accountable for project governance and reporting activities to support the successful delivery of the project.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with key stakeholders in relation to the preparation of project governance group meeting papers and the coordination and management of meetings and minutes.
- Contribute to the preparation of correspondence, minutes, briefs, submissions, reports, updates, or statements.
- Contribute to the identification, analysis and reporting of the project's risks and compliance.
- Facilitate and undertake the timely preparation of high-quality project management plans and project performance reports by integrating, analysing, and reporting on information across the project, emerging trends, and issues.
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships within the project team and across the organisation to ensure integration with other reporting processes and a best practice approach.
- Prioritise, manage, and deliver set tasks and activities individually or as a team member, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines within quality, cost, and time constraints.
- Encourage and actively promote a proactive, performance focused culture within the team. Actively participate in performance conversations to build and support an environment of continual improvement.

Highly Desirable
- Experience working in a project PMO environment or major project delivery would be highly regarded.
