We are on the search for a content creating social media superstar to join a rapidly growing online eCom brand Eimele, which is leading the way in plant-based nutrition. Someone with a true interest in health and wellness and even better someone who understands the online plant-based community. Someone with a creative eye and plenty of ideas. Someone with the skills and experience to develop our social media profile to the highest level by creating in house videos, reels, stories and posts to engage our community. This person will be responsible for developing the strategy alongside the marketing manager and brand director as well as executing daily to drive reach and engagement across our community. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating amazing content and wants to take the next step in their career. Someone who lives and breathes social media and has their finger on the pulse with the constant evolution of this space. In addition, we are growing across ANZ, US and UK which creates an amazing opportunity to support our global expansion and global brand presence. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and execute a multi-channel content strategy to maximize reach and customer engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and EDM’s. - Be nimble and adaptive to create content in-house and on the fly. We’re talking videos, reels, stories, posts and EDM’s. - Copywriting all social media content as required and work closely with copywriting team for larger projects such as eBooks and training material. - Maximize our community engagement to nurture and grow our followers. - Working with agencies to manage and brief requirements and deliverables on content creation, influencer marketing and paid social campaigns. - Identifying social trends to drive creative ideas around our content formats to suit our strategy. - Working closely with the marketing manager and the affiliate/partnerships manager and agencies on all projects and activities. - Align with the brand's key educational and brand content pillars to identify creative ways to amplify and broadcast to the market. - Understand how to work your creative magic within the brand’s visual guidelines. **Key Requirements** - 2+ years in digital marketing - 2+ years in digital content creating - 1+ year specifically in social media marketing - Some design and adobe experience - Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Marketing - Experience within an eCommerce brand ecosystem - Experience working with and managing influencer partnerships across digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Podcast & YouTube. - Strong IT/technical skills in all social media platforms IG, FB, YT, TT and associated apps - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Strategic planner who can manage many tasks and projects in parallel - Proactive, go-getter with an infinite mindset to drive growth **What’s in it for you**: - Working with a highly innovative and entrepreneurial brand - Every day is new and exciting as we pave the future in plant-based nutrition - Skies the limit brand culture - If you think it we can achieve it. - Great working conditions, beautiful office space in North Sydney with spectacular views - Directly opposite North Sydney Train station - Flexi-working arrangement - Product discounts to support your wellness journey - Generous bonus program linked to tangible KPIs If this sounds like you, please click on "APPLY" and submit your resume. **Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplementary Pay: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - Do you have full work right in Australia?
