This is a excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door into the mining industry and internal recruitment in NSW. **Functions of the role**: - High volume recruitment (predominantly tradespeople) for various divisions across our Underground business. - Sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending suitable applicants to hiring managers - Building strong rapport with our site management and upper management. - Provide hiring managers with recruitment strategies/solutions and hiring advice. **About you**: - Previous work history as a recruiter within a blue collar environments - preferably from within mining (previous recruiting experience is kind of essential) - Have strong communication skills and not be afraid to pick up the phone and talk to hiring managers - Be process driven and be accountable for your portfolio. Its your own portfolio to look after - Enjoy your work, able to operate independently, and enjoy a laugh - we thrive in our "adult working environment".
