**About the Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Sales Specialist** to join our Sales team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Medical Sales Manager, you can expect to be involved in educating, promoting, and driving sales of our **EndoTherapy (ET) portfolio** across your territory. You will be committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and growing the visibility of our products in your territory.
In addition, you will:
- Achieve sales results from the territory versus monthly budgets
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer base making up the territory and have in place an updated territory plan at all times
- Develop and execute a sales territory plan in line with the marketing strategies in place
- Prepare weekly sales visits and ensure future activities are planned well in advance; and
- Prepare weekly activity reporting and territory sales forecasts

**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven field sales/account management experience within medical devices industry, including working within the procedure environment
- Experience working with Capital medical equipment
- Self-starter who can work independently and build effective long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to work to KPIs and targets set with short deadlines
- Ability to negotiate at all levels with a genuine desire to deliver service-excellence at all times
