_**FEMALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER**_

Caring Hands at Home is a NDIS Support Service Proivder which aims to provide exceptional and professional in-home care services to NDIS clients in the Greater Sydney area.

We are curently looking for a female Support Worker to join our fabulous team.
SW will need to be able to work altnerative Friday-Sunday shifts

**Current Supports Needed**:
We currently have Immediate start opportunities for Disability Support Workers to join our team
You will provide a positive, strengths based and person-centred care service to enable individuals with disabilities to reach their goals and become integrated within their community.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

- Contribute to the daily operation of services that provide life skill development, social inclusion and vocational opportunities for people with a disability
- Preparation and attending to varying levels personal care and domestic duties under direct or routine supervision as part of the delivery of disability services.
- Implement and record progress of innovative programs to meet individual participants goals in conjunction with their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan
- Ensure participants continue learning and participate in meaningful leisure, recreational, social and cultural activities
- Build effective and respectful relationships with participants, families and community members involved in disability programs

**What is required?**:

- Working with children's check
- Australian Police Check
- Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’
- First Aid + CPR
- Up-to-date Vaccination Status (Including COVID-19 vax)
- Manual Handling experience/certificate

**Salary**: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Current COVID Vaccinations (2 doses)
Masks are required during shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
