Position Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of Berry Boo Açaí, including staff supervision, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence. This role requires a motivated and organised individual with leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food services.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimise wastage.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for staff.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address any customer feedback or concerns.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, operational updates, and recommendations to the business owner.
- Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and company policies are maintained at all times.
- Support promotional activities and uphold Berry Boo Açaí’s brand values.

Selection Criteria
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or food services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety practices.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
