**The Company**

This business is one of Australia's leading automotive wholesalers. They are undergoing significant change due to large growth in their industry and seek an innovative Warehouse Operations Manager with the experience, capability and dynamism to ensure the smooth running of one of their key sites in Sydney.

**The Role**
- Leadership and execution of all day-to-day operational responsibilities of this large and complex warehouse
- You will foster a safety culture, manage the financial budgets and drive team performance via KPIs
- Your engaging nature will ensure a genuine collaboration and team spirit, mínimal absenteeism and an ability to negotiate positive outcomes with external parties, including union and OHS representatives
- Solid working knowledge of WMS systems

**Your Background**
- You will be an experienced Warehouse Manager with an ability to develop best practice processes and systems
- You must have experience in running a warehouse operation that handles fast-moving products
- The ability to effectively lead a large and diverse team, you must be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on outcomes to improve the distribution process
- Strong analysis skills coupled with an ability to influence outcomes will also be essential
