**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Inventory Management - Maintain accurate records of stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory databases.
- Order Fulfilment - Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Quality Control - Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity, report any discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Organisation - Keep the warehouse well-organised, ensuring that items are stored in designated areas for easy accessibility and retrieval.
- Operational Support - Assist in various warehouse tasks, such as loading/unloading shipments, operating machinery (if required), and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals.
- Health and Safety - Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of materials, use of protective equipment, and participation in regular safety training.
- Documentation - Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and other relevant documentation to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Communication - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination in the supply chain process.

By fulfilling these duties, you will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the warehouse operations and help maintain a high standard of service.
