Property Manager

Place Annerley has an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio while working alongside a collaborative Property Management department and a team who helps provide consistent support.
You will be forward thinking, ambitious and excited to contribute to the development of the Place brand, ensuring both new and existing clients have the best experience possible.

**Requirements**:
**Your typical day will include, but is not limited to**:

- Liaise with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio.
- Troubleshoot matters, prepare for and attend QCAT where required.
- Ownership of the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties with offshore support & the use of state of art technology onshore.
- Participate in all training and development opportunities.
- Contribute to the review and implementation of business improvement opportunities alongside the team.
- Collaborate amongst leasing agents and routine support.
- A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence.
- At least 1-3 years of previous experience as a Property Manager.
- Strong technical competency and a passion for systems
- Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills.
- First class customer service, presentation and communication (both written and verbal).
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
