**About the Role**
As a Property Manager, you will contribute to a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability within the company and among respective external property and facilities teams. By partnering and collaborating with the team to achieve high outcomes, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class property and facilities services across the south of Brisbane.
- Property Management department manages over 800 properties and consists of full time and part time staff.
- Team consists of 4 full time property managers (who average 180 properties),
- Full time Leasing Consultant
- A part time Routine Inspections officer
- A part time compliance officer to handle all aspects of Smoke Alarm Compliance and Pool compliance.
- Administrative assistance
- Trust account processing is handled by an accounts administrator and by the Principal.
- Two Principals, one dedicated to Sales and one dedicated to Property Management.
- Duties include: ingoing and outgoing tenancies, all lisasions with tenants and owners during a tenancy, arranging maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and disputes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in property management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant property management software is preferred.
- Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving.
- Pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery.
- Always looking to grow and develop.
- Open communicator, collaborative and always wanting to excel and drive results.
