Full Time Dental Practice Manager

**About the business**

We are a general and cosmetic dental clinic based in Kangaroo Point. We are about the whole smile package, and that includes the patient's experience here. Working as a team, we provide the best possible care and outcomes for our patients.

We currently run a single chair but have the room to expand to three surgeries operating in the future. We utilise the latest technology with intra
- and extra-oral x-ray equipment, modern lisa barcode autoclave, Medit i700 scanner, nitrous oxide analgesia, cloud-based dental software, and with TVs above chairs. We offer all general and cosmetic dental services including clear aligners, teeth whitening, injectables, and wisdom teeth extractions.

We have a relaxed environment consisting of a small team focussed on working together to allow the smooth operating of the practice.

**About the role**

This is a full time position for a practice manager, Cert III/IV preferred, immediate start.

Full availability required for hours between Monday - Friday plus alternative Saturdays, during our open times of:
Monday - Wednesday 9am - 5pm;
Thursday 9am - 7pm

Friday 9am - 4pm

Saturday 9am - 2pm.

The role will be chair-side assisting, sterilising instruments, cleaning and prepping the dental surgery, as well as administration roles: simple MYOB bookkeeping, processing CDBS/QHealth/Vets claims, appointment and staff management, and patient correspondence. At times other cleaning duties may be required.

**Skills and experience**

12 months experience and cert III/IV qualification preferred. Experience with healthcare/ sterilising/ infection/ office admin ideal.

Must be dedicated, passionate and reliable.

Work well within a team.

Show a high standard in infection control procedure.

Show leadership qualities.

Proactively find duties during quiet times.

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
