Specifically, we’re looking for a professional with tertiary qualifications in management or related field or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience. Someone with demonstrated experience in managing competing deadlines in a high volume work area and the ability to be flexible and undertake a diverse range of tasks. Here at Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network, the Safeguards Data Administrator (HM1) position is responsible for the monitoring and categorisation of data from the Adolescent Mental Health Safeguards Team as well as providing administrative support to the MDT. The primary focus of this position will be the creation of data reporting pathways for the Safeguards Team and the governance of these pathways. This includes program activity data, demographic data, MH-OAT outcome measures and any other relevant indicators. The position will work autonomously to support the effective service delivery of the Safeguards Team. The position requires well-developed interpersonal, organisational and written communication skills and analytical and problem solving skills. The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems of JH&FMHN, and in line with both the NSW Health Code of Conduct and JH&FMHN Code of Conduct.
