As an Employment Consultant in the CIM Employment by Altius team, you will support clients with an injury, health condition or disability to address their barriers in relation to obtaining and maintaining long term suitable and sustainable employment. Altius Group delivers services to individuals nationally across Australia, where you'll be based out of our
**Southport, QLD** branch. Part of the expanding Disability Services Business Unit by Altius Group which provides specialist support, guidance and partnership to help organisations and their people realise their health and work potential.

**About You**
- You love working within a supportive, cohesive and caring team environment
- You pride yourself in achieving quality outcomes for individuals that are in line with key performance indicators
- You have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks simultaneously meeting deadlines and goals
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
- You are great at building relationships and enjoy working with employers, training organisations and other community services

**The role you will perform**:

- Administration, case management and program compliance

**To be considered for the role**:

- Prior experience in Disability Employment Services, Job Active, Transition to Work, or Workforce Essentials.
- Genuine interest in working within Disability Employment Services
- Full working rights in Australia
- Wiliness to obtain a National Police Certificate
- Wiliness to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Willing to obtain a Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
