RCR Mining Technologies are seeking a **supervisor** to join our expanding Product Support team. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering engineered solutions across our clients' projects. Your main focus will be on-site supervision, servicing and maintaining our client’s equipment.

To be considered for this position**, you will need**:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trades or Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic or relevant qualification
- License to Perform High-Risk Work - Rigging advanced, forklift, elevating work platform
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
- Section 44 / Section 26

E**ssential criteria** include:

- Previous supervisory experience with multi-disciplined skills and trades
- Previous experience in assembling and disassembling large mobile or fixed plants
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety culture
- Working at Heights certification
- Confined Space certification
- Demonstrate First Attack Firefighting Equipment
- Gas Test Atmosphere certification
- Western Australian Driver's License

**Responsibilities**:
Promote company vision and values, conduct inspections and reporting, provide competency-based training, manage risk, assist Mine Inspectors, communicate with HSE reps, participate in workshops, ensure compliance, coordinate technical team activities, conduct meetings and workshops, deliver on-site service, manage tooling, generate requisitions, coordinate conformance, perform additional tasks as directed.
