**Manager Home and Living | Toowoomba**:
**About the role**:

You a human rights warrior who is driven by supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals. **This role will commence on 14th April 2025.**

**About You**:

- _ Minimum five years’ experience in a middle management role, or suitably qualified disability services professional with minimum five years’ direct experience in disability services_
- _ Relevant tertiary qualification/s i.e., Diploma in Individual Support, Cert IV in Individual Support / Business Management, or equivalent_
- Passionate about human rights, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating positive change
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Enthusiastic team leader & player, eager to collaborate and inspire.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- A strong desire to deliver high quality disability services focused on excellent customer service and growth
- Comprehensive knowledge of human rights-based and person-centred active support principles and approaches, including positive behaviour support
- Strong leadership capability with the proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high performing teams through authentic engagement
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to effectively co-ordinate and own management outputs (including budgets and rosters) and be accountable for delivering against organisational strategies, targets, and priorities
- Proven ability in navigating multiple computer programs
