**On Line Recruitment are currently looking a Site Supervisor**

We are currently seeking an experienced tradesman who is looking to take their career to the next step, to become a Site Supervisor.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be required to conduct site visits to government buildings to assess any maintenance works that will need to be complete, conduct risk assessments, and organise sub contractors to complete maintenance tasks within time frames. Using your trade background, you will be able to manage small teams to deliver safe, efficient and effective results.

**As Site Supervisor, you will be required to;**
- Provide day to day site management and safety supervision of subcontractors, whilst ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard;
- Actively contribute to the pre-contracts/delivery team efforts in development of construction methodologies, delivery strategies etc
- Develop, establish and maintain the master program in MS Project;
- Contribute to the identification of and response to project risks and opportunities;
- Establish reporting mechanisms as a means of providing project KPI’s and project controls;
- Review and updating the program weekly (or monthly) with subcontractors;
- Reviewing and assisting with variations and claims

**What we are looking for in a Site Supervisor;**

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

- Proven experience in managing small construction projects, experience as a site supervisors, or held a leadership position in a construction field
- A excellent focus on health and safety
- Proactive attitude with the ability to lead contractors to achieve best results, with an eye for detail to produce quality work to client standards
- Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
- Willingness to take initiative, contribute and bring fresh ideas and make decisions quickly and effectively
- You are focused, positive and love to achieve results
- A strong team player who also has an ability to work autonomously
- A professional attitude and approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Griffith, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
