**About the opportunity**

We have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join MJH Multi and be responsible for overseeing the completion of multi-residential projects throughout the NSW South Coast Region. More specifically you will:

- Manage the construction in accordance with project documentation
- Deliver projects on time, to budget and ensuring a high-quality finish
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Allocate trades and materials to job sites
- Ensure our projects are delivered in accordance with our WHS and environmental management plans
- Review and approve work prior to invoice sign off
- Collaborate professionally with all stakeholders

**About you**

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MJH Multi along with:

- Excellent work ethic, be highly motivated
- Strong planning and organising skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Be a skilled tradesperson
- Previous experience working co-ordinating trades on site
- Possess a current driver's licence and white card.
- A tertiary qualification is desirable but your ability to effectively co-ordinate a safe and quality focused construction site is key to your success
- Previous multi residential experience or project housing experience is essential
