**What you'll be doing day to day**:
Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly professional and presentable technician to join our field services team in our Hobart location for **3 days** per week. We are looking for a technician to install, test, and service 9-volt battery powered smoke detectors in residential properties.

Based in and around Hobart and regional Tasmania, you will do quite a lot of driving so willingness to travel and a love of driving is a must

The night before each work day, you will receive a schedule on your phone that will assist you in managing appointments for the next day. You will start your day from home to your first appointment, whilst utilising an app to record your process.

No two days will ever be the same Each inspection can vary between 10-30 minutes to ensure a property is safe and compliant, whilst travel time between appointments can vary between 15-60 minutes.
- Please be aware travel time to your first appointment can be up to 1 hour from your home location. _

**What you'll bring to this work**:

- Have or obtain an ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Present professionally, be well-spoken, and take pride in appearance
- Self-driven with the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with using modern technology such as tablets & apps
