Drive sales growth through the entire customer lifecycle, including, but not limited to, lead generation, customer qualification, solution development and deployment, and post-sales support. Responsible for business development, sales coordination and sales training and support specific to the linac/unity product,solution sales process. Also support in the evolution of the Monaco Treatment Planning System to meet the Order Intake and Sales Budgets. As an integral part of the sales process, provides technical capabilities analyses, competitive analyses, and other technical data necessary to help position the product and convert a sale. The position will also be responsible for consulting and supporting medical professionals in effectively using our products and solutions.

**Responsibilities -**:

- Support ANZ Account Managers on all Oncology and Treatment Management Applications (TMA) sales projects through the full sales cycle.
- Work in conjunction with ANZ Account Managers in bundled deals to support the selling process and assist in bringing the deal to closure.
- Develop a targeted customer/opportunity list, manage sales interactions, and participate in forecasts & book and bill activities while actively promoting, presenting, and demonstrating company solutions to customers and prospects.
- Assist Account Managers with a targeted account list, sales, backlog, and other forecasts to promote, present and demonstrate company products actively.
- Assists the Sales team and follows relationship-selling, partnering, and managing of accounts
- Calls on/establish relationships with resource referrals (hospitals, clinics, physicians, etc.)
- Work with business marketing to help drive targeted customer sales campaigns.
- Ensure that ALL customers, potential customers and leads within the assigned territory are routinely followed/ “touched” in a meaningful way so as to develop after-sales and new socket opportunities.
- Document ALL activity in the CLM in a timely and accurate manner to support pipeline development and forecast reporting.
- Achieve unit/volume sales and appropriate product mix in the most profitable way as established through order and revenue goals by finance and senior management.
- Demonstrates products and services and assists in the selection of those best suited to customer’s needs.
- Familiarizes established accounts with new products, services, and developments (market penetration).
- Develops/maintains close professional working relationships with sales, finance, field service, technical services, marketing, and administration.
- Identify and prioritize key commercial requirements, including solutions features, functionality, scope, support, and training; work collaboratively with Regional Sales and Global Marketing to provide essential market input to portfolio managers.
- Identify key trends and issues impacting buying practices, clinical utilization, payment/financial feasibility. Provide competitive analysis to inform decision making and shape strategies and tactics.
- Liaise with product portfolio management to influence the development of product roadmaps and drive product development teams to shorten time-to-market; communicate development roadmaps and solution vision to regional customers & key stakeholders
- Some travel expected

**Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies**
- Bachelor’s University degree in business, marketing, or healthcare related field
- At least 3 years of direct sales or similar commercial experience, preferred in the Radiation Oncology Field
- Solid knowledge and experience in the Oncology industry
- Strength in building and maintaining customer focus and customer relationships.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Creative and entrepreneurial - ability to get things done in unconventional ways while remaining in compliance
- Expert facilitator & superior conflict resolution skills
- Ability to influence change (attitudes, business process) both within Elekta and the client organization.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong ethical standards, values, and good judgement
- Ability to build and maintain successful and effective working relationships with colleagues within a matrix environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Demonstrated initiative (self-starter).
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to develop compelling PowerPoint presentations
