A modern care home set in a leafy suburb of Croydon, 30kms from Melbourne's CBD. It consists of 84 beds, and a mixture of care types. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

**What will you bring?**
- Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
- A passion and energy for world class care
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
