We're passionate about coffee and customer service, and we're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista All Rounder to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Barista Duties**: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages in accordance with Kurtosh’s standards.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- **Cafe Operations**: Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours, including taking orders, processing payments, and handling any customer inquiries or issues.
- **Food Preparation**: Assist with preparing and serving food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and other snacks.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that the café is neat and hygienic at all times.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with stock control and ensure supplies are replenished in a timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role at least 1 years.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to consistently produce high-quality drinks and maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to various roles within the café, from barista duties to food preparation and cleaning.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative and positive attitude when working with others.
- **Passion for Coffee**: A love for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft of coffee-making.
- **Availability**: 3 - 4 day/ week at least, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.30 - $38.07 per hour
