Medical Receptionist

We are currently seeking a positive and passionate Medical Receptionist to join the team in Newtown. We are ideally looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively across a number of teams as this role may involve travelling to other clinics within the area when necessary.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

**You will**:

- Welcome and process patients
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Process payments
- Follow up medical information with various third parties
- Manage telephone enquiries
- Patient information data entry
- Carry out general reception duties

**About you**:

- Previous reception experience (desirable), or customer service experience
- Possess a professional, patient, and courteous manner
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Competent computer skills
