**Position Available: Timber Flooring Installer (Full-Time)**
**Location**: Various sites across the Sydney metro area, including the North Shore, Northern Beaches, and Eastern Suburbs

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Timber Flooring Installer to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. You’ll be working alongside a well-established and capable team across a range of residential projects throughout Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for experienced installers and may suit those coming from self-employment who are looking for the stability, support, and reduced day-to-day stress that comes with a secure, long-term position in a well-organised team.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience installing:

- Solid Timber Flooring
- Parquetry Flooring
- Fixed (glued-down) Engineered Flooring
- Timber Stairs
- Experience with hybrid, laminate, or floating floors is not applicable to this role._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing installation areas and ensuring proper subfloor preparation
- Inspecting and assessing site conditions for potential issues
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Communicating with clients and site teams to confirm requirements and resolve queries
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised job site
- Contributing to a positive, professional team environment

**Essential Requirements**
- Strong technical knowledge of timber flooring and subfloor preparation
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability on-site
- White Card and a relevant carpentry, joinery, or flooring technologies qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Legal right to work in Australia on a full-time, ongoing basis
- A genuine commitment to long-term employment

**Bonus (not essential)**
- Floor sanding and polishing experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,460.00 - $110,835.42 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
