The company provides thorough and professional services for people who need to obtain documents required for travel by travelers, employees of large corporations, tour operators, travel management companies, cruise line travelers, and many others.

This role will give you the chance to join our professional team as a Customer Service Administration Consultant.

**The Role**

An amazing role for a highly organised and professional Customer Service and Administration Consultant. You will be a part of a highly organised and professional, friendly team with the main focus of your role, dealing with important travel and immigration documents while forming relationships with associate companies. Your role will also include various other tasks like corresponding with client PA and EA’s, customers, as well as government bodies and consulting with management and general admin.

In this role you will be:

- Exclusive to Temp and Agnew
- Sydney CBD based
- Immigration and Visa processing
- 2 x Customer Service Administration
- 1 x of 2 Roles for Arabic speaking and reading
- Preparing important travel documents with attention to detail
- Sound computer skills for administration and data entry
- Managing and updating customer information within the database
- Liaise with other departments
- Contacting clients to gain necessary information regarding relevant documents
- Various other administrational tasks
