As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on, dedicated Cleaning Team Lead to help grow our business.

As a Cleaning Team Lead at Gatsby Cleaning, you will play a vital role in both executing cleaning tasks and leading a team. You will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards while actively training and mentoring new team members. This is a hands-on role, where you will not only lead by example but also ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the cleaning team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example by performing cleaning tasks to the highest standard, including residential and commercial spaces.
- Train and onboard new cleaning team members, ensuring they understand company standards and best practices.
- Supervise and guide the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness on each job site.
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring the team is fully stocked and prepared.
- Foster a positive, motivated team environment, and maintain clear communication with clients and staff.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle any concerns or issues from clients or team members in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to train, mentor, and support new team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.37 - $41.60 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week

Schedule:
