This dynamic role will be suitable for an ambitious experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team through an exciting period of growth.

Your role will be critical in achieving company goals through continuous improvement, support, and direction of our cleaning teams and by providing world-class customer service to our clients.

Your focus will be to manage a portfolio of our clients and ground staff.

**Key responsibilities that will be fundamental to your role not limited to include**:

- Work according to to set budgetary constraints and retain profitability.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the business
- Conducting quality inspections, and reporting outcomes to the customer and the State General Manager of Operations.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance relating to site processes.
- Initiate and provide client and service solutions.
- Ensuring safe work practices are followed and that all assets are maintained
- Incident and accident reporting, reviews and recommendations, toolbox talks
- Initiate actions to improve overall performance
- Oversee staff inductions and training staff.
- Oversee service provider compliance and management monitoring regulatory performance within your area of responsibility.
- Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Business development assistance, quoting and selling our services
- Overnight travel to regional areas from time to time
- Liaise with cleaning staff and service providers by managing their performance and relationship with SKG Services

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Cleaning industry experience
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
- Knowledge and understanding of rosters, schedules, and the Industry Award
- Experience managing medium to large teams whilst working remotely
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Display excellent written, verbal, and reporting writing skills
- Maintain a positive team culture
- Inspection and audit skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality, Environment, and WHS systems - safe systems of work and environmental management
