**Braeside | Full-Time Permanent | Mon-Fri, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM**

**We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on AM Operations Supervisor to lead and support our morning shift operations at Braeside. You’ll oversee key logistics activities including linehaul unloading, PUD allocation/loading, and bulk freight movement, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and people performance remain top priorities.**

**What you’ll be doing**- Supervise and coordinate morning operations and team performance.- Manage resources and adjust workflows as needed.- Use BI tools to drive DIFOT and operational improvements.- Collaborate closely with the PM Supervisor to streamline handovers.- Ensure safety standards are met - report and investigate incidents.- Assist with manifesting, reporting, compliance, and customer queries.- Provide coverage for admin or floor-based tasks when required.

**What you’ll bring**- Transport industry experience in a supervisory role.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).- Strong people management and multitasking skills.- High attention to detail and eagerness to improve processes.- Forklift license and freight handling experience (highly desirable).
