**Job Title: Residential Cleaner**

Location: South Yarra VIC 3141

**About Us**:
At JK Facilities Management, we take pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of an apartment complex.

As a Residential Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living experience. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning Common Areas: Thoroughly clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators on a daily basis.
- Trash Removal: Empty and sanitize trash receptacles in common areas and dispose of trash properly.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas, and spot-clean carpets as needed.
- Window Cleaning: Keep windows in common areas clean and streak-free.
- Dusting and Polishing: Dust and polish surfaces, handrails, and other fixtures in common areas.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms in common areas.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Building Manager promptly.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Minimum 2 years cleaning experience in commercial or residential setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of safe chemical use, and OHS in the workplace
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Reliable and punctual.

**Hours for the role**:
Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 2 pm
