Our Practice has earned a very strong reputation for providing excellence in mental health care to all walks of life in our local community. Sure Psychology offers a range of psychological services to individuals and organisations including medico-legal and private assessment services, workers’ compensation and rehabilitation services, corporate psychology services, and individual treatment services. We have a wide and established network of referral partners providing a varied and consistent flow of new referrals across not only the Sunshine Coast, but also South-East Queensland. This ensures that our team has the opportunity to not only treat individual clients in our local community, but also deliver group programs and professional training within health, corporate and community settings.

**The Role**

Our administrative team is the first point of contact for our clients and are the foundation of our business. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and support our psychologists and Practice Manager.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Processing payments and claims for Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and ADF/OA via HICAPS, PRODA, BUPA iRBS and WorkCover QLD portal;
- Meeting and greeting clients and their families with warmth and compassion, offering tea/coffee on arrival;
- Diary management for the clinical team;
- Sending correspondence to GP’s, specialists and other third-parties;
- Scanning and uploading correspondence and ensuring details are correct and up to date;
- Promoting a positive team culture and professional image for the clinic;
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times;
- Social media marketing; and
- Supporting the Practice Manager with any additional tasks as required.

**About You**

**What we are looking for**:

- Superior organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure, with excellent attention to detail;
- Kind, caring and compassionate nature;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills when liaising with clients, families, staff, referrers and other health professionals;
- The ability to work autonomously, but also take initiative and direction when required;
- Previous mental health and/or allied health administration experience (preferred);
- Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and ADF/OA via HICAPS, PRODA, BUPA iRBS and WorkCover QLD and Private Health Insurance claiming experience (preferred);
- Experience with PracSuite or similar practice management software (preferred); and
- Experience with MAC (preferred), Microsoft Office (essential).

Our clinic hours are from 8.30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. No weekend, or public holiday work is required. The clinic closes for two weeks over the Christmas/New Year period for the team to spend quality time with their loved ones.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
