Located in the Sydney suburb of Liverpool, The Railway Hotel offers a warm and friendly environment; the ideal place our locals call home. Our Sports Bar provides a classic pub setting to soak up all the sports action and tuck into a few bevvies while watching the game. We have pool tables for those with a competitive streak, and weekly events provide entertainment for the Liverpool community. We also have accommodation available onsite. As an early opening 6am venue our Management Team rotates through numerous different shift options with meals provided during your shift.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager at the Railway Hotel/Club Tavern.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

**What you’ll need**:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA & RCG qualifications
