We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Assistant Manager to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has strong leadership skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years café experience
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Barista experience is a must
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Availability on weekends and weekdays

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily operations and staff management
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Support stock ordering, rostering, and opening/closing duties
- Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $38.12 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
