**Your New Role**
With oversight of the corporate services, you'll report directly to the MD and have responsibility across all back office functions including finance, technology/systems, purchasing/procurement, corporate risk, insurance, and administration. From an external perspective, you will be involved with board reports, banking requirements (including debt and raising capital - both private funding, grant funding, and traditional banking facilities). You will bring a business partnering mentality to operational leadership and the executive team. You will also transform management reporting, financial and procurement systems, forecasting tools and budgeting to a best practice level.

**Your Profile**
You are a seasoned executive with existing GM or C-Suite experience and are ready for your next challenge. You possess an executive presence with the gravitas to influence change and drive performance across all facets of the organisation, and do it with empathy given the culture of the NFP environment. You are the type of problem solver that can't help yourself when you find something out of place, or ready to be improved. You have a continuous improvement approach, and always strive do to do things better. You are a passionate leader and have a track record in developing, supporting and mentoring of your teams. It is expected you have a CA, CPA or equivalent post graduate finance qualification.
