**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to join TMBL Enterprise Quality Assurance team on a 12 month fixed term contract (full time). This role is responsible for designing and implementing automation testing strategies, frameworks and test cases.

**, this role will be responsible for but not limited to;**
- Design and implement automation testing strategies and frameworks.
- Develop test automation, maintain, execute test cases and lead automation delivery using UFT and Selenium
- Working with existing automaton guidelines and contributing to developing the framework improvements and overall automation strategy
- Identify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team.
- Configure continuous integration jobs and related scripts for overall test scenario orchestration, scheduling and reporting of automated test runs
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices for test automation. Ensure automation testing standards are met and use best practices that align with project objectives
- Collaborate with product line stakeholders to identify the automation scope and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their emerging demand.
- Liaise with appropriate stakeholders and reporting of test results in timely manner
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and come up with solutions to meet project needs/timelines.
- Collating and monitoring the defect management process
- In-depth, practical understanding of SDLC process including knowledge on Requirements, Design, Development, Build, Release Management and Quality Assurance
- Design and Monitoring, Test Scripting, Test Execution, Debugging, Defect Management and Reporting in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications and experience required.
- 8+ year’s automation testing experience with minimum 5+ years’ experience in Selenium (Java).
- Demonstrated experience in developing test automation frameworks (POM, Page Factory, Robot framework etc.)
- Good understanding of API/Web Services based automation testing
- Good working knowledge using Maven, Jenkins TestNG, Log4j, NodeJs, Extent Reports
- Excellent knowledge of one or more languages - Mandatorily Java/Java Script and/or preferably VB Script.
- Experience working with Automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, UFT, jMeter
- Knowledge of source control and Version management tools such as Bit bucket, GIT
- Working Knowledge in Test Management Tools such as JIRA for Zephyr.
- Experience in Digital Technologies desirable: CMS, Payments and integration with third party system
