**Your Role**:
Leading a team of around 20 Field Delivery staff, you’ll join a rapidly expanding business with an exceptional team-culture and a strong commitment to its people. You’ll delivery safe and efficient execution of work packages and ensure the effective accountability, and development of your team’s capability and performance. You’ll lead and manage Line and Easements field staff and provide day to day technical expertise in your field, ensuring a strong commitment to safety practices designed to increase your team’s safety performance.

**About you**:
Working collaboratively with team members, customers and internal stakeholders, you will enjoy variety in your work, complex problem solving, and have a passion for providing high quality outcomes.
Your success in this role will rely on your strong ability to provide technical expertise and guidance, to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality, efficient and cost-effective services by team members. This is shown through the success of your previous work and/or projects.

With strong interpersonal and people management skills, you have well-rounded capabilities in mentoring, coaching and leading others, as well as an interest in strategy and process improvement. You also have a Queensland Electrical Work License (Electrical Linesperson - Transmission) or relevant trade certificate, HR Class Driver’s Licence, and the ability to obtain a Powerlink Queensland authorisation as a SAHVEA Lines recipient.
