**About the role**:
Reporting to the Divisional Director, the Operations Support Coordinator supports the following activities across Medical Services:

- Provides administrative support to the Divisional Director.
- Supports Medical Services with reporting to meet its Human Resources, Finance, Access and business key performance indicators through the development of monthly score cards and other ad hoc reports.
- Support administrative staff across the division through collaboration and coverage of leave on occasion.

This position will include continuous process improvement, risk identification and the development and implementation of systems to ensure efficiency and innovation.
