We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist **to be based in our offices in Darra, Brisbane, to support the expansion of EGR's Marketing Team. You will join a group of highly skilled and motivated professionals managing some of Australia’s most recognised consumer brands and retail chains in the point of purchase, category management and marketing space.

Reporting to the General Manager Global Sales and Marketing, you will assist Senior Management with improving EGR's on-line presence, digital media content, market research & analysis and direct sales to create a greater market share within defined market channels.

**Your role will include but not be limited to**:

- Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external customers, resulting in direct client transactional interaction on a regular basis.
- Coordinating divisional social media strategy to maximise engagement with target markets.
- Developing new approaches for market development, acquiring, and analysing data, and consulting with internal and external sources on a regular basis.
- Assisting in web development and improvements to the company website/s
- Developing and conducting presentations for Senior Management and customers.

**To be successful within this role it is imperative the successful applicant will have**:

- Excellent written and oral communications skills and techniques.
- Effective planning & organizing skills
- A sense of urgency matched with a very high attention to detail.
- Digital product marketing & promotion experience.
- Social Media Marketing experience.
- Sales and Commercial focused - can expand business through direct sales.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline are highly desired.
- 2 years of work experience is required
- High level skills in the delivery of customer service in a large commercial organisation.

**Salary**: $75-90K + Super

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
