**The opportunity**
As the Lead, Communications you will develop and drive communication and engagement strategies, campaigns and programs to engage Health Infrastructure’s workforce and stakeholders and enhance reputation.

Working closely with internal business units and the wider communications and engagement team, you will create engaging and strategically aligned content and activities, ensuring a coordinated approach and narrative that is consistent with program and corporate objectives. You will manage communication channels and analyse data against performance objectives and metrics to inform campaign planning and drive continuous improvement.

You are a collaborative and flexible team player with a customer-centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for writing engaging copy and delivering creative communication approaches and solutions.

This is a full-time ongoing position, based at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
