**The opportunity**
Are you ready to make an impact in communities across Southern NSW? As the **Project Lead, Communications and Engagement**, you'll be at the heart of exciting infrastructure projects, helping shape healthcare facilities that truly serve the people who need them most.
In this role, you'll be part of dynamic, integrated project teams, driving strategies that connect communities and stakeholders while building strong relationships and a stellar reputation for our projects.
You'll play a key role in major developments across the region, including:
- The **new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital** and **Shoalhaven Hospital Redevelopment**, both under construction.
- The **Batemans Bay Community Health project**, entering its final design stages.
- The **Bombala Multipurpose Service** and **Milton-Ulladulla Hospital**, both in early planning.
This is an interesting and diverse role requiring a high level of experience designing, implementing and evaluating community engagement approaches, designing compelling communications as well as managing stakeholder relationships.
You are a flexible, collaborative team player with a strong customer service focus who looks for innovative opportunities to engage communities and stakeholders.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you show a high degree of initiative managing emerging risks and are highly organised, outcomes-focused and have solid prioritisation skills.
This is a full time, fixed term role for a period of two years, with the possibility of extension at Health Infrastructure’s discretion.
Health Infrastructure has offices located across NSW and there is opportunity for the position to be based in rural and regional NSW. Travel is required to the project sites on a regular basis. Travel to the St Leonards, Sydney office will be on an as needs basis.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
