As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in bringing together passionate individuals who share our vision of creating a nurturing and enriching environment for children. You will be sourcing, engaging and recruiting top talent, ensuring that our services are filled with caring, dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the children in our care.

**What you will do**:

- Create strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborate with them to understand their staffing needs across your portfolio
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our Database, Education Institutions, Seek and LinkedIn to identify and engage with talented individuals.
- Manage job requisitions and keep ATS up to date

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 2yrs+ recruitment experience - internal or agency
- Experience in fast-paced, high volume recruitment industries
- Experience using JobAdder, desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High energy and enthusiasm for what we do everyday
- Full drivers license
