**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, waitlists, and walk-ins using our reservation system
- Maintain a clean and organised dining and reception area
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Take orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen/bar staff
- Manage payment processing and maintain till accuracy
- Communicate daily specials and upsell menu items where appropriate
- Support the team during busy service periods and contribute to smooth operations
- Assist in coordinating private functions or group bookings
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or café front-of-house role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, well-presented, and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling transactions

Pay: $46,460.00 - $75,833.10 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
