We are on the lookout for a bartender to join our group of Front of House professionals who play a pivotal role in creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.

Working in the exquisite setting of the Lui Bar, with Melbourne's city skyline as a captivating backdrop, you will have the chance to collaborate with industry professionals. The Lui Bar, situated on Level 55 of Melbourne's iconic Rialto, provides an unparalleled experience for our guests. Whether it's catering to restaurant patrons or discerning drinkers seeking martinis and sophisticated snacks, Lui Bar delivers a truly incomparable experience.

- Proven bartending experience in a high-end bar offering
- A passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience
- Previous cocktail experience
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
- The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails & aperitifs
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A valid Victorian RSA certificate

This position is casual, and you must have full working rights in Australia.

This position will require flexibility and weekend work, your shifts and may comprise of a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands.
