We now have an opportunity for a new Finance / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our head office finance team in the heart of Brisbane's CBD.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader your role will provide assistance in the financial functions of CPL in the receivable team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Data entry and processing of invoices, receipts, payments via EFT, cheque, credit cards and other transactions in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in continual improvement of debt recovery and follow up payment from debtors and support business in the debt management process.
- Processing daily banking and reconciliation
- Following the CPL Way, understanding the individual, give great service, and find better ways

**Can you bring**:

- Experience in a similar assistant level finance role.
- Accounts receivable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organisation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to great customer service.
- Ability to provide general financial advice to CPL employees and managers.
- NDIS Clearance and Blue Card will be required to start.
- Technology One exp would be advantageous.
- COVID-19 Full vaccination.
