**About the role**

Working with the CEO and Executive team, you will responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and manufacturing function. In this role will also be responsible for:

- Motivating and leading the dispatch and receivables process
- Managing budgets and operational costs
- Ensure inventory and stock levels are accurate and monthly reporting
- Oversee the import and export of goods
- Tracking supplier performance
- Review and maintain the supply chain process
- Participate in planning for production levels and operational schedules

**About you**
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing manufacturing and warehouse teams
- Outstanding written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in continuous improvement
