Frame and Truss Assembly Traineeships

TABMA is a group training organisation that employs apprentices and trainees within the timber, forestry, construction and manufacturing industries.

Our Host employers are based in
**Brisbane**, and services the trades industry and DIY home builders with their quality Timber trusses and pre-built wall framing. You'll be part of the production team, assembling and putting together materials with qualified supervisors with an opportunity to grow and develop in various future roles within the company.

**About you**:

- Completed year 10 or above
- Enjoys working with your hands and wants more of a physical job
- Has full working rights in Australia
- Is interested and committed to doing a qualification while working
- Interested in working with timber products such as cutting, nailing, measuring etc
- _Own transport is beneficial but not a requirement_

**What you'll learn**:

- Manufacturing processes
- Assembly of wall frames and roof trusses
- Measuring, cutting and nailing materials
- Manual handling
- Learning to operate hand and power tools, and other equipment
- Housekeeping and WHS
